In this class, you will be performing yoga positions with your baby to build a bond and be guided by a yoga teacher.

Just come along with your child and be prepared to learn and enjoy fun movements in this relaxing class. You will learn what your child likes and how to control the levels of tension, yet also build a strong connection. 

Both parents can attend, but you can also attend alone if you want.

I absolutely loved this private baby yoga session, and would highly recommend to all mums! I learnt lots of moves to help relax my baby and we had fun. The one to one session is ideal because you can ask the teacher anything you want and enjoy a quiet environment for you and your baby.
