In this class, you will be performing yoga positions with your baby to build a bond and be guided by a yoga teacher.

Just come along with your child and be prepared to learn and enjoy fun movements in this relaxing class. You will learn what your child likes and how to control the levels of tension, yet also build a strong connection. 

Both parents can attend, but you can also attend alone if you want.

1-on-1 Baby's Yoga

I absolutely loved this private baby yoga session, and would highly recommend to all mums! I learnt lots of moves to help relax my baby and we had fun. The one to one session is ideal because you can ask the teacher anything you want and enjoy a quiet environment for you and your baby.

The class had a great mixture of yoga for babies and gentle postnatal yoga for mothers. Overall, the teacher was very welcoming who taught the lessons with a very personal approach and plenty of empathy and care.

It’s been lovely seeing how Hannah has grown more confident since we started going to KidsMovement dance classes. She’s gone from being stuck on my hip to actually sitting and listening, getting involved with the class and doing the dancing. My favourite bit is when the teacher gets out the props which are different instruments and every child is able to use a different item each class. So they’re learning loads like colours and numbers, when singing along. Highly recommend to parents with young children.
